Has all that desktop clutter got you down?  Productivity taking a hit because you can’t find anything on your Vista workspace?

Luckily Microsoft has included a quick and easy way to instantly clean up your desktop.  As simple as a right click away is Desktop Zen…

Right click on your Desktop and Mouse over the “View” menu and then select “Show desktop icons”.  It’s as simple as that.

The make life a little easier I then added the “Desktop” toolbar to my Task Bar.  This can be accomplished by right clicking on the bar, selecting “Toolbars” and then clicking on “Desktop”.  Now you have a quick menu to all your files and shortcuts that still reside on your new squeaky clean (again) desktop.
